Shipping policy

Shipping
We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States for a flat rate of $7.95. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada and Australia at a flat rate:

Canada — $25 USD, 6-10 business days
Australia — $35 USD, 10-16 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships and do not include our 2-3 business day processing time.

Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Your carrier will typically contact you to collect payment before delivery. Charges vary by country and are set by local customs authorities, not by OSO The Label. Packages refused at delivery due to unpaid customs charges may be returned to us, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

For orders within the United States, if your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. Original shipping charges and any customs duties paid are non-refundable.
