Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days and express takes 1 to 2. Canada takes 6 to 10 business days and Australia takes 10 to 16, starting from the day your order ships. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes. We currently ship to Canada and Australia at a flat rate of $25 USD to Canada and $35 USD to Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are paid by you directly to the carrier, usually before delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

We recommend measuring your waist and hips and comparing to our Size Guide. OSO pants are high-waisted and designed to be body-skimming. When in doubt, size down.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For orders within the United States, if your return is accepted we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
